Welcome to CrownedbyYe. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and appreciate your service. To ensure we maintain fairness and high standards for all clients we have established the following policies. Please be advised these policies are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 

1. Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations made by the consumer. Should the service provider cancel you can be refunded in full or provided the option to book an appointment that accommodates you as long as the service provider is available. 
No-Call, No-Show Policy: No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows. No call, no shows will be banned from booking.

2. Late Policy
 You will be allowed a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will charged a $20 dollar late fee. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 24 hours if service provider cancels  the appointment. 
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Any non-refundable fees (such as service fees/deposits) will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Payment Policy
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit which must be paid at the time of booking. Failure to pay deposit results in no appointment. Please note, all deposits are applied to your final service total. 
Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards or cash due at the time of your appointment. A 3% fee will be added for convenience fee.
Any additional charges, such as local taxes or fees, will be clearly outlined during the booking process. 

5. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may reschedule their bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled time depending on availability.
For rescheduling requests made within 48 hours, your deposit will transfer ONCE. Should you need to reschedule again another deposit will need to be made.
No rescheduling is allowed for same-day bookings or after the booking time has passed.

6. User Conduct Policy
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.
Any fraudulent activities, including using false identities or payment methods, will result in immediate cancellation and a permanent ban from the platform.
Users are expected to behave respectfully during their interaction with hosts or service providers. Any inappropriate conduct may result in cancellation without a refund.

7. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the booking process will be used only for processing the reservation and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Payment information is encrypted and securely processed through a third-party provider.
Customers can request to delete their account or personal information at any time by contacting customer support.

8. Content & Photography 
•All services performed are subject to video recording. This is to maintain quality assurance and generate content for marketing purposes.
•Clients can choose to opt out of any content or photography by completing the Content Opt-Out form located on the booking site. 
•Unless explicitly stated through the opt-out process, clients grant CrownedByYe LLC permission to use their images or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. If you opt-in and later wish to opt-out please let the service provider know and the form will be provided. 

9. Modification of Bookings
The company reserves the right to modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies/disasters).
In the event of a modification, the customer will be offered an alternative service or a full refund.

10. Guest
No extra guest is permitted during your appointment unless, you are a parent of a child being serviced. Parents must stay with their children during appointment. 
11. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints regarding bookings must be reported within 24 hours of the issue arising.
Disputes will be handled through our dedicated customer service team, and every effort will be made to resolve the issue amicably.

12. Add Ons
Please select all add ons during the booking process. You may not request add ons during service or change the color option the day of your appointment. Failure to follow this policy will result in cancellation or rescheduling.
